NOTES
1). Birthdate of 1862 came from headstone. Other information from Eldra Bounds.
2). Harriet Elizabeth Nay married 1st, Joseph Young Hansen had 3 children by him. He is said to have died in a logging camp accident, somewhere in Oregon. She married 2nd, William Howard Hooper when her 3rd born was 3 months old. They had 8 children during the 14 years of their marriage. Eldra Bounds does not know the reason that they were not married in the Temple, as William Howard Hooper also raised her 3 children from her prior marriage. William was killed in a mine cave in 13 Nov 1903, leaving her with5 living children to raise. It had always been the desire of Harriett s heart to be married in the Temple so on 6 Mar 1912, she was married to the husband of her deceased cousin, Simeon Cook Drollinger, in the Salt Lake Temple. They had no issue. Note byEldra Bounds Rebaptismal date of Harriet Nay found in records of members early to 1913, St John Ward, Tooele Stake 21050.
