App. gager by Gen. Court 27 Sept. 1642. Sold land 27 10 1647. He built a bridge, which was protected by Gen. Court 6 May, 1657. He made a contract of marriage for his son Daniel with Hannah, dau. of Richard Hutchinson, testified to 27 9 1663. With wife Margaret sold land Dec. 9, 1667. He testified to his signature, affixed to a document concerning the building of a mill at Ipswich in 1635, 28 Feb. 1671, being a very aged man. The date of his death does not appear but his widow Margaret made will in 1679, prob. March 30, 1680 beq. to kinsmen, Martha Low and Joanna Fellows sons Daniel and Thomas B. to Dinah, her son s maid. Inv. mentions Thomas Low. The Pioneers of Massachusetts , by Charles Henry Pope, pp. 58 59 . Note Occupation Cooper. Perley, p. 145 Note He settled in Ipswich, Mass., in 1634. He was called a very old man in 1671. His wife probably came from England with him. He died before May 26, 1673 his will, dated Dec. 17, 1670, being proved June 19, 1673. His estate was appraised at Ð554, 6s., 6d. His wife Margaret survived him. Note Marriage Spouse 1 Reported as Hannah by Derby, p. 7. Note Surname Reported as Boardman in Perley, p. 145.
