1). Joe Baley Reynolds was the husband of Thelma Bernice Bonnie Schmidt Bomer. They divorced in 1952. Joe and Bonnie had four children. Joe Keith, James Barry, Allen Mark and Michael Gordon. After their divorce, Joe went on to start another family and Bonnie never re married.
2). There is no original birth record for Bonnie with the Bomer surname. However, she was born out of wedlock from a union between her mother, Thelma Pierce and Luther Bomer. In later years she obtained a birth certificate showing her father as Leonard Schmidt, who was actually her stepfather.
