1). From DAR Lineage Book, volume 96, pg 107 Abraham Harrington 1758 1847 enlisted from Bristol, R.I., 1775, serving under Capt. Richard Bailey and Makjor Dyre in Rhode Island, and, 1778, was in Captain Eaton s company, Colonel Johnson s regiment, engagedin the battles of Newport and Sullivan s Expedition. In 1846 he applied for a pension. His claim was allowed. He was born in Connecticut he died in Shaftsbury, Vt. Sources HFRB vol 1 4
